【摘要】:ThisStandardestablishessafetyrequirementsforpoweredplatforms(scaffolds)forbuildingswherewindowcleaningandrelatedservicesareaccomplishedbymeansofsuspendedequipmentatheightsinexcessof35ft(11m)aboveasafesurface(e.g.,grade,street,floor,orrooflevel).Additionally,thisStandardestablishessafetyrequirementsforpermanenttravelingladdersandgantries(TLG).ItpertainstoeitherpermanentlyinstalledortransportableequipmentmeetingtherequirementsofthisStandard.PoweredplatformsandTLGsmaybeusedoroperatedbyoneormorepersonsengagedinservicessuchasnormalbuildingmaintenance.Theequipmentmayalsobeusedfortaskssuchascaulking,metalpolishing,reglazing,orotherbuildingrepairs.ThisStandarddoesnotapplytoothersuspendedpoweredplatformsusedforremedialrenovationsormodificationstobuildings.ThesafeuseofthesescaffoldsisincludedinANSIA10.8-2001,SafetyRequirementsforScaffolding.ThisStandarddoesnotrelatetoanyserviceperformedbypersonssupportedbyequipmentcoveredbyanyoftheANSIA92standards.

【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardcontainsthesafetyrequirementsforthedesignandinstallationofstationaryglasswashinginstallationsasshownastypicalinAnnexA.Glasswashinginstallationsaredesignedtoperformthefollowingfunctions:feedingofflatglasstothecleaninganddryingunitandtransport(delivery)totheestimationequipmentandtothetake-offpositionoftheflatglasssheet.Noneoftheprocessingphasesrequiresdirectmanualintervention.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventswiththeexceptionofthosebyinterfaceswithothermachinesusedinaprocesslinerelevanttoglasswashinginstallations,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskswhichcanarisefromthesesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinesforloadingandunloadingofglass(seeEN13035-5)andtoconveyors(seeEN619)andfans.Iftherearespecificrisksthatarisebytheiruseasanintegralpartofflatglasswashinginstallations,appropriatemeasuresarespecified.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoglasswashinginstallationsforautomotiveandbentglass.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletowaterpreparationanddisposalofwastewashingliquid.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinerymanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
