【摘要】:TheobjectofthisASMECodeistoprovideatestprocedureforevaluatingtheperformanceofwastefuelcombustorswithenergyrecoveryusingtheboilerasacalorimeter.Theseproceduresapplywhenthevariabilityandwastefuelcompositionresultsinalackofconfidenceinobtainingrepresentativesamplesforlaboratoryanalysis.ThisCodeisusedtodetermine:(a)Thethermalefficiencyofsystemcombustingwastefuels(b)Thethermalcapacity(heatinputperunittime)ofsystemscombustingwastefuels(c)Thehigherheatingvalue(HHV)ofwastefuels.TherulesandinstructionsgiveninthisCodeapplytoallwastecombustorsystemswithenergyrecovery,butthecodecannotdetailatestapplicabletoeveryvariationinthedesignofwastecombustorsystems.Ineverycase,aqualifiedengineermuststudytheparticularfacilityanddevelopatestprocedure,whichisinagreementwiththeintent,guidingprinciplesandrequiredaccuracyofthisCode.Examplesofsystemsconsideredatthetimeofpreparationofthiscodeincluderotarykilns,refractoryandwaterwallfurnaces,rotarycombustors,mechanicalgrates,semi-suspensionandsuspensionburning,multiplechambersolidhearth,andtwostagecombustionsystems.PortionsofthisCodemaybeusedforWasteCombustorsw/oenergyrecoveryintheareaofunburnedcombustiblesinresidueTestingofaccessoryequipmentshallbeperformedusingtheapplicableperformancetestcode.RefertoFig.1-2-1foratypicalsystemboundary.Testmethodsofthiscodeapplytosolid,liquid,orgaseouswastefuels.Instructionsaregiventodeterminethethermalcapacityandthermalefficiencyofwastecombustorsystemsbyapplyingtheconceptofusingtheboilerasacalorimeter.Inaddition,theHHVofthewastefuelcanbedeterminedbyweighingthewastefuelthathasbeenconsumedduringthetest.
