【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiesthedimensionsofknife-edgestyleflangesandtheirassociatedgasketsusedinvacuumsystemsforpressuresrangingfrom105Pato10-11Pa.Suchflangesarewidelyusedthroughoutvacuumtechnologyapplicationsinsemiconductorprocessingtools,surfaceanalysissystems,spacesimulationsystems,andgeneralresearchrequiringvacuum.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
