【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofthecompressionstress-strainpropertiesofvulcanizedorthermoplasticrubberusingastandardtestpiece,aproductorapartofaproduct.Threemethodsaregiven:?usingastandardtestpiecewiththemetalplateslubricated(methodA);?usingastandardtestpiecewiththemetalplatesbondedtothetestpiece(methodB);?usingaproductorapartofaproductwiththemetalplateslubricated(methodC).Thethreemethodsdonotgivethesameresults.Withlubricatedtestpieces,theresultsaredependentonlyonthemodulusoftherubberandareindependentofthetestpieceshape,providedthatcompleteslipconditionsareachieved.Effectivelubricationissometimesdifficulttoachieve,however,anditisprudenttoinspectthevarianceinthetestresultsfromreplicatetestpiecesforindicationsoferraticslipconditions.Withbondedtestpieces,theresultsaredependentonboththemodulusoftherubberandthetestpieceshape.Thedependenceontestpieceshapeisstrongandconsequentlytheresultswillbemarkedlydifferentfromthoseobtainedwithlubricatedtestpieces.Forproducts,theresultisdependentontheshape,butastestsonproductsaremainlycomparativethisisacceptable.NOTEForwell-specifiedproductshapes,suchasO-rings,theresultmaybecorrelatedtothehardnessvalue.Provisionismadefortheuseoftestpiecesofdifferentsizeand/orshapefromthespecifiedtestpiece,butextrapolationoftheresultsobtainedtoothersizesandshapesmaynotbepossible.GuidanceontheeffectofsizeandshapeoftestpieceandofbondingorlubricatingisgiveninAnnexA.Themethodsarenotsuitableformaterialsthatexhibithighset.ThenecessarycalibrationscheduleforthistypeofmeasurementisincludedinAnnexB.
