【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardoutlinesproceduresforcalculatingshort-circuitcurrentsthatmayoccuronamarineoroffshorea.c.electricalinstallation.Thecalculationmethodsareforuseonunmeshedthree-phasealternatingcurrentsystems,a)operatingat50Hzor60Hz;b)havinganysystemvoltagespecifiedinIEC60092-201table2;c)havingoneormoredifferentvoltagelevels;d)comprisinggenerators,motors(bothsynchronousandasynchronous),transformers,reactorcoils,cables,andconverterunits;e)havingtheirneutralpointconnectedtotheship'shullthroughanimpedance(designedtolimittheshort-circuitcurrentflowingtotheship'shull);f)havingtheirneutralpointisolatedfromtheship'shull.Thecalculationproceduresareforathree-phasesymmetricalshort-circuitconditioni.e.three-phaseconductorsshortedtogether,orshortedtotheship'shullandforwhichtheshort-circuitoccursonallthreepolessimultaneously.Thecalculationofshort-circuitcurrentsresultingfromasymmetricshort-circuitconditionscanleadtohigheraperiodic(d.c.)componentsoftheshort-circuitcurrentandisnotconsideredinthisstandard.Thecalculatingformulaeandmethodsdescribedproducesufficientlyaccurateresultstocalculatetheshort-circuitcurrentduringthefirst100msofafaultcondition.Theycanbeusedtocalculatetheshort-circuitcurrentforperiodslongerthan100mswhencalculatingonabussystemtowhichthegeneratorsaredirectlyconnected.Fortimeperiodsbeyond100msthecontrollingeffectsofthesystemvoltageregulatorsmaybepredominant.Calculationsincludingthevoltageregulatoreffectsarenotconsideredinthisstandard.Theobjectofthisstandardistopresentformulaeforcalculatingshort-circuitcurrentsoftheactivecomponentsofanelectricalsystemandtoindicatehowsuchformulaemaybesimplifiedwhencalculatingtheshort-circuitcurrentatvariouslocationsontheelectricalsystem.Thecalculationsgiveestimatesoftheprospectiveshort-circuitcurrentwhenthesystem'sactivecomponentsproducetheirmaximumcontribution.Thecalculatingformulaearedevelopedfrombasicelectricalengineeringtheoriesrelevanttothesystemcomponents.Tosimplifythecalculationmethodsyetretainanacceptablelevelofaccuracyintheresults,suitableassumptionsareoutlinedandtheireffectsonthecalculationresultsindicated.Thisstandardprovidesacalculationprocedure.Itgivesguidanceontheinterpretationandapplicationofsimplifyingformulaeandthecorrespondingresultswhenappliedtotheselectionofswitchgear.Thestandardisnotintendedtoprovideanyotherinformationotherthanthecalculationoftheshort-circuitcurrentwhichmayflowinthenetwork.Inordertounderstandthemethods,andconsequencesoftheresults,itisassumedthatthepersonresponsibleforinitiatingtheshort-circuitcurrentcalculations,isthoroughlyfamiliarwithvalidelectricalengineeringfundamentals.
