【摘要】:Thedocumentspecifiessafetyrequirementsforprobeassembliesfor(electrical)measurementandtest.Itappliestohand-heldandhand-manipulatedprobeassembliesofthetypesdescribedbelow,andrelatedaccessorieswhichareintendedforprofessional,industrialprocess,andeducationaluse.Theseprobeassembliesareforuseintheinterfacebetweenanelectricalphenomenonandtestormeasurementequipment.Theymaybefixedtotheequipmentorbedetachableaccessoriesfortheequipment.a)Low-voltageandhigh-voltage,non-attenuatingprobeassemblies(typeA).Non-attenuatingprobeassembliesthatareratedfordirectconnectiontovoltagesexceeding33Vr.m.s.or46,7Vpeakor70Vd.c.,butnotexceeding63kV.Theydonotincorporateactivecomponents,noraretheyintendedtoprovideavoltagedividerfunctionorasignalconditioningfunction,buttheymaycontainpassivenon-attenuatingcomponentssuchasfuses.b)High-voltageattenuatingordividerprobeassemblies(typeB).Attenuatingordividerprobeassembliesthatareratedfordirectconnectiontosecondaryvoltagesexceeding1kVbutnotexceeding63kV.Thedividerfunctionmaybecarriedoutwhollywithintheprobeassemblies,orpartlywithinthetestormeasurementequipmenttobeusedwiththeprobeassemblies.c)Low-voltageattenuatingordividerprobeassemblies(typeC).Attenuating,dividerorothersignalconditioningprobeassembliesfordirectconnectiontovoltagesexceeding33Vr.m.sor46,7Vpeakor70Vd.c.,butnotexceeding1kVr.m.s.or1,5kVd.c.Thesignalconditioningfunctionmaybecarriedoutwhollywithintheprobeassemblies,orpartlywithinthetestormeasurementequipmentintendedtobeusedwiththeprobeassemblies.Thisstandarddoesnotcovera)reliablefunction,performanceorotherpropertiesoftheprobeassembly;b)effectivenessoftransportpackaging;c)servicing(repair);d)protectionofservicing(repair)personnel.
