【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsformaterials,design,manufacture,testinginspection,safetysystemsanddocumentation(includinginstructionsforfirstoperation),forcommonly-usedtypesofgas-loadedaccumulatorsandgasbottlesforfluidpowerapplications(see1.2).1.2ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothefollowingtypesofcomponents,definedasthepressurecontainingenvelopeofgas-loadedaccumulators:?bladdertype;?diaphragmtype;?pistontype;?transfertype;?gasbottlesusedtoprovideadditionalgascapacity.Theyconsistofoneorseveralpartsjoinedtogetherbyavarietyofmechanicalmeansandbywelding.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestogas-loadedaccumulatorswhichoperatewiththefollowingconditions:?subjecttoaninternalgaugepressuregreaterthan0,5bar;?workingtemperatureofnotlowerthan–50°Candnothigherthan+200°C;?containingGroup2liquidsandgasesasdefinedinthePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/EC.Itdoesnotapplyto:?accumulatorsforusewithdangerousfluids(seeNOTE1).
